Alan Craft @ Eynsham Chiropractic Clinic

My job at Eynsham Chiropractic Clinic is to help you be better in the future and now.
That may be by helping you to move more freely and without undue pain.
To perform better at your daily activities such as your work and your chosen sport.
To deal better with the stresses and strains your lifestyle puts upon you.
To help you get past those sticking points in your life, whether they’re old or new.
To help you put the fear that is stopping you do the things you want to do into perspective so you move on.
Simply put, to help you be the best you you can.

I do this by using a combination of tools that I’ve trained in over the last 16 years and more. Details of the main areas I’ve trained in, and how I see them specifically helping, can be found on some of the other pages on this site.

My core philosophy is that people can be taught to get over their difficulties. This can be done through manual therapies such as McTimoney Chiropractic, which I trained in and still teach as a senior tutor and supervisor at the McTimoney College of Chiropractic. Other soft-tissue therapies and mobilisation techniques can be used in conjunction with the Chiropractic method as required for your best recovery and ongoing good.
Having studied psychology at the Open University in my twenties, and more recently trained to Master Practitioner level in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) I can also help with many of the behavioural aspects that you can learn to do much better and which, I think, are often at the root of individuals coming back to the same problem repeatedly in their lives.

All of this is tailored towards the individual, we’re all a bit different, which means no two clients get the same thing. This also makes my job great fun as no two days have ever been the same.

Please ask any questions via the contact page, I’ll be happy to answer as fully as I am able.

Oh, I should also mention that humour is an important part of my work, smiling, laughing people get better much quicker in my experience. Check out my weekly tips and ideas for more on this.
